Terms & returns

Davai Parts sources automotive spare parts on your behalf from suppliers in the UAE. These terms apply to every request, quotation and order.

Quotations

Each quotation lists the parts, their brand and condition, the service fee, the delivery fee and VAT. Prices are valid until the date shown on the quotation, because stock and supplier prices change quickly. After that date, ask your advisor for an updated quotation.

Payment

We order your parts after payment is received. You can pay by card through our secure payment page, or by bank transfer for business customers.

Delivery

We deliver in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Your advisor confirms the expected delivery time on WhatsApp.

Returns

• You can return an unused part in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Electrical parts can only be returned if they are defective.
• If we identified the wrong part for your vehicle, we collect it and refund you in full, including delivery.
• Returns and refunds are handled per item: returning one part does not cancel the rest of your order.

Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund until we place the order with the supplier. After that, cancellation depends on the supplier accepting the return.

Warranty

Any warranty offered by the supplier is passed on to you and shown on the quotation.
